Group Lessons

Hemispheres Music Studio is excited to offer group classes for all ages at the studio. Group learning is fun, social and a unique learning experience where students learn from each other as well as the instructor.

ADULT ROCK BAND PROGRAM – aka “The Wire Choir”

The Hemispheres Music Studio’s “Wire Choir” is designed to give adult amateur musicians an opportunity to learn professionally arranged songs in a band setting. Designed by Hemispheres co-founder and instructor Rob Cutting, the sessions outline all the skills aspiring musicians need to play with others. Watch your musical confidence explode as you become accustomed to playing great songs among a group of supportive fellow participants!

We welcome all instruments – guitarists (both acoustic & electric), bass players, vocalists, drummers and keyboard players. We’ve recently welcomed a saxophone player and accordion player. If you play another instrument, get in touch and we’ll find a spot for you!

The Wire Choir runs as an 8 – week program with sessions in the Fall, Winter and Spring, with a special event at the end of each session. This could be a performance to play live in front of an audience, or a recording session in a professional studio.
